To help ensure safety during fencing activities, we may collect information about allergies, medical conditions, injuries, medications, and physician contact details as provided on waivers and enrollment forms.

C. USA Fencing Registration Data
All members must complete USA Fencing registration before participating. USA Fencing collects membership information, age verification, and club affiliation data. We may receive and use this data to verify eligibility and club affiliation.

D. Communication Data
When you contact us by email, phone, in person, or via our website, we may retain copies of your inquiries and our responses.

E. Coaching and Progress Records
We may maintain records of your skill level, class attendance, technical progress, competition results, and coach notes to provide individualized instruction and track development.

F. Website Usage Data

  • Parents and Legal Guardians: For participants under 18, we communicate with parents/guardians about enrollment, attendance, safety issues, and progress.

Information collected in waivers and related forms is retained as necessary for insurance and legal purposes and to comply with applicable Ohio requirements concerning youth athletic activities and risk acknowledgments.
